Pixel Pilot is a crew companion app that streamlines funeral and memorial live-streams. It brings camera setups, graphics, roles, and checklists into one place, making every production smooth and coordinated.
Problem
Muzukuru's funeral streaming relied on scattered tools and manual processes. Bookings were error-prone, venue details disorganized, crew coordination chaotic, and memorial videos slow to deliver.
Key Challenges
The lack of a centralized system led to inefficiencies across booking, streams, crew, and contacts - four areas that each needed their own workflow while still sharing the same data.
